What are the benefits to practice?
This course will support practitioners to make effective use of their phonics programme so that it meets the needs of all pupils. Participants will strengthen their understanding of how phonics underpins early reading, reflect on current practice, and develop practical strategies to improve consistency, inclusion, and impact across their setting. The course also provides structured opportunities to evaluate provision and plan purposeful next steps for improvement.
